Privacy policy

• Account details: name, email, country, language and account type.
• Workspace details: company name, organisation number, industry and team size.
• Creator details: creator name, categories, languages and platforms.
• Security events: sign-in timestamps, method and browser user agent.
• Content you upload and the clips generated from it.

We process account and workspace data to perform our contract with you. Marketing communication is sent only with your separate, opt-in consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Data is stored on European infrastructure. Every workspace table enforces row-level security so members can only reach data belonging to workspaces they are part of. Private media is served through short-lived signed URLs.

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to processing. Contact privacy@clipperai.example and we will respond within 30 days.

Account records are kept while your workspace is active. Consent records and financial records are retained for the periods required by Swedish law.
